Even though the likeness of John Bernthal may not be that accurately portrayed and captured in the sculpt of this Shane action figure, and the fact that his back is to us on the carded blister is unusual, this is still a great figure. The dirtied detail of his clothes, his pose, his accessories and the card itself look great. I know it isn't traditional to have a figure facing the card with his back to the window, I actually think its uniqueness makes it a compelling and interesting piece to add to an action figure collection. I have all of the wave 2 series of The Walking Dead action figures and they are an improvement over series 1 and more closely resemble their product picture that McFarlane released months before the actual figure line, unlike wave 1 which looked a lot different than their product release pictures. I am also pleased they are making more "alive" characters than just zombie characters for this series. Now if only they could make a Glenn action figure (because he's a bad ass) and a Lori action figure (so I could pop her head off and bury her since I hate her so much on the show) and some more un-undead figures, I'd be even happier. For now, this figure looks great and I'm pleased.
